Please make sure that a manager calls me tomorrow @ 5:30 and when he/she does cll me they better have a resolution with regards to my account and also make sure that R120.00. Airtime I's refunded back I'm very disturb by they fact that pricing still hasn't rectifed my account. I an not going to go into detail with regards to this complaint again I want a mannager to go throught my account and call me back and say Miss Japhta your instalment is is R369 as before because right now I dnt even know what the he'll I'm suppose be paying. Like I said I'll be available after 5:30 and not early and please dnt try that of calling me @ 5:15 then leave a message saying u have tried calling me. When the account is in arrears you are quick to call! But the moment there's a complaint u guys take 2 weeks to respond! YES. THAS HOW LONG IV BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL!!!
