I just bought 10mb data so that I can send an email, to my shock and horror vodacom have deducted R70 off my airtime balance, I was hardly 5min on the internet. This is far the worst experience I have had with data bundles services! How can it be so expensive to send an email? I called in the Call center and was directed to the data department and I spoke to Amanda (who did not want to tell me her surname) she did not want to help me lodge a complaint! Is this the best service Vodacom can offer? Really! I'm so disappointed with this billing and worst of all with Amanda and her lack of understanding! R70 for some of us is a lot money and I have every right to be upset! If this is how we are treated I might as well find a service provider that will cater to my needs fully and not extort funds from me!!!
