My wife upgraded her cellphone contract to a anytime 200 contract, she went to enquire to get more bandwidth every month 1 gig bolt on and was told his is not possible and that she must pay an extra R2/Mb.
this contract was taken out 1 week ago and we would like to cancel this contract per the Consumer protection act.
we will be moving to CellC where for the same price we get 1 gig of bandwidth as a standard
