On the 19th of Dec 2012 my wife took out a NeoFlex Data MIFI contract which included a WIFI router and 3Gig data per month.
The device was defective and this was confirmed at the N1 City Store and the device was given back and we confirmed in detail all the issues and process that followed in an email on the same day to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] with no response from any of them.
We then receive a bill for R270.67. Activation fee R65.79, Data used R161.97 (from 19 - 31/12/12) and device fee of R42.91
We want this charges and fees cancelled and according to ITC we have also be listed, so we want that immediately updated. Jerome provided information to me the Client which was not the truth, this is either a training issue with should be escalated or pure incompetence. Jerome did not configure any other device and neither did his Manager or anyone made aware of this fact. Neotel N1 City is obviously understaffed and needs proper customer and product training.
