My parents are old and living alone on a farm. At least more than 10 days a month they do not have any network coverage. They cant make or receive any calls. Numerous complaints has been logged by Mtn by myself, my parents and my brother. Mtn does not come back to any of us with a solution as to why my parents frequently does not have network coverage. My parents with my brother has their own company so this means that the company is also affected with this issue because there is no communication. It is not only cell phones that are affected but their internet connection as well. I have told Mtn before that my parents are vulnerable and alone on the farm and can not be without network. Mtn's complaint service means nothing and is useless. My first call was logged on the 7th of June
