I really hoped it didn't have to come to this from day I been battling to get things done right when it comes to cell c I signed for a Z10 the R389 package, I am on 100 straight up contract of 100sms and 100 minutes and 500mb.but am being billed way more than I signed up for which I wasn't advised of during sales stage, I been sending requests to have this corrected for weeks now but until today no luck, and am really considering cancelling this contract coz I really feel like am being ripped for more than what I agreed for guys ones again my request is simple effective from the July I'd like to pay for what I sign up for and be able to load my own airtime and the limit to be cancelled can you do that for me yes or no if lets part ways waiting for your response, hopefully to day!!!
