Tired of begging

Hi there, I had an autopage account of which I struggled to pay when I got retrenched. I eventually paid up the account last year and have since been waiting for a settlement letter. I had called on numerous occasions and was told that it had been sent. I checked with Transunion and they have not yet removed me from the system. I am sick and tired of them hindering record. I want my letter and am tired of being told that it had already been sent because I wouldnt have to call all the time if I had just recieved it from the beginning.
