Hi there

Please your company updated my payment profile with an old account, I didnot make a big scene about it and nicely i paid it up and send the payment letter to you guys, then i had to wait and wait for it to be updated at credit bureau's, and now it shows i still owe R87, i mean really. I try contacting your'll and Nandipa Ndlovu she said your co owes me, then she said I owe your'll. but your'll got a paid up letter, now your'll say the lawyers made a mistake. To avoid a big issue i said send me bank details, she said she will do immediately. hours later nothing even after phoning again. Im sick and tired of this, I want that account removed from my ITC im going to go big with this issue, why didnt your'll advise me all this from the start huh.
