Cell C stopped sending me my invoice every month via ordinary mail and ignored my requests to please stop sending it via-mail because I could not retrieve it on my computer. When I upgraded one of my contacts in January 2013 the sales agent created a new, separate account for the upgrade for a reason I fail to understand but did not inform me about it. I phoned Customer Service near the end of January to inquire about the amount I have to pay at the end of the month because I again did not reveive an invoice. They gave me only the amount due on my existing account. I told them it should be more, but they insist that it was correct. I was still unaware of the new account. Now Cell C blacklisted me and refuse to clear my name even though the problem was caused by their incompetence and failure to provide me with the correct information. This happened more than once before. My credit name is ruined and their reply, after ignoring my numerous attempts to get the problem solved is "sorry for the inconvenience" but you will stay blacklisted for 3 months. Please help me to restore my credit name. Cell C should not be able to get away with this kind of incompetence time after time.
