After my complaint Cell C called me and she asked me about my Complain, I told her everything and still today she's still hasn't came back to me regarding the way forward. and is a month now. The worst of all is that she also does not pick up the other contract I have with them and now my contract will be ending end of the month and I still do not know what's going to happen to the money I have been depositing into the account but doesn't show or it is wrongly allocated, The money they claim I owe them. I need to know as I have had it with the rude and disrespecting call centre people
