I previously complained about not receiving value added products promised to my wife as part of her contract. A gentleman from Autopage got back to me (I must add, very soon after my complaint) and promised that R300 will be deducted from her account to "refund" us for the product we haven't received. (This is the second time that she takes out a contract with them, and they never give the product they promise with the deal). Surprise surprise - no R300 credit to her account...
