Today 14/06/2013 I received your marketing MMS regarding a price cut on data bundles.
Upon dialing *111# I noticed that the data prices displayed does not correspond with your MMS advert.
Never the less I selected the option to pay R99 as your MMS indicates R99 will get me 500mb of data.
To my surprise I was charged R99 for only 250Mb of data. Either you credit 250 mb to my number or you credit R49.50 airtime. I am not at fault as your MMS advert confirms the price cut but your *111# service is not updated. Your prompt action will be welcomed.
