Two months ago I posted a complaint here of how I was being overcharged for a top-up contract, Brian from the customer complaints division phoned me and had all his facts in a row when he did. He resolved my problem speedily and I was given a credit. This month we are back to square one... I was overcharged again!
I promise you this! As soon as this contract reaches its end I am cancelling it and I will never deal with Autopage again! When you contact me, please inform me of the date when this contract has reached its end so I may proceed with the cancellation.
