MTN not taking identity seriously!

I am highly disappointed at how MTN has handled my request for them to clear my name after they gave someone who used my address detail and name to open an MTN contract. I had to follow-up with them to find out about the progress of my request only to find out that my request was closed and I was not informed of this Although they had my email address and phone number! I do not have an account with MTN and would really appreciate to have my name cleared as this may give me bad credit record. I hope that MTN takes identity very seriously and that they have proper controls put in place to ensure that they give contracts to the correct individuals.
