You use 3rd party agents to sell your bandwidth (Afrihost) and charge R100 p/month for the "LINE".

You are unable to supply a consistent service of more than 1 week per month at the bandwidth sold by your 3rd party agent.

When the customer enquires about your lack of service your servive partner raise a "ticket" and responds that it is a TELKOM line issue, which you simply never have to respond to.

When the customer stops payment or is credited for no service delivery you lose R100 and simply cut the service, whilst the customer is still paying the 3rd party service agent.

Best legal I have seen in SA to date and wish to congratulate you on a proudly South Africa performance.
