Still no roaming!!!

I have never experienced more frustrating service in my life! This specific shop has the most incompetent staff I have ever come across. Every time! The latest issue: I went into the shop with the account holder and we filled in the necessary forms and that was that. I then phone 4 days later and find out these 2 phones still don't have roaming. When I asked the person on the phone, Patty Mncube she said there was nothing on their system. Patty said all I have to do is send her a request on a letter head requesting roaming. So this is now the second time I have to request roaming. I sent her the letter on 31 May and requested she get back to me to say she received the request. Nothing. I phoned back 3 times, always busy! I phoned the shop again and they cant help me and put the blame on the department that received requests. I now have staff in Swaziland with no phone and this is stuffing our business around!! They are now using their personal phones, which will cost us!!
