New contracted taken out, told i can use my old number as i requested. now got a new phone but no telephone number old one or new one.
Call 4 times team members never call back, no managers ever available -- are they scared as they know how bad the service is, well they should be.
so now what, knew phone but no number, helps a of a lot.
no wonder the prices are better, comusmer act here i come, empty promised just to get the contract signed.
