Over the past three days I have repeatedly tried to contact Cell C via their customer care line with very little response or assistance. It has been blocked because my account has gone over its limit, however I have not finished my minutes, smses or data for this month yet and at the time, only nine to ten days of the month had passed, therefore this is not possible. I have made very little progress with all of Cell C's customer care attendees, however the most inappropriate incident was a women who purposely cut me off, when I phoned back immediately I was put through to her again and before I had even finished my first sentence, she recognised my voice and put me straight to Cell C's end of call rating service. I have been nothing but respectful and civil throughout this ordeal and do not want to have to take this further or go the legal route, but as it stands now I am still sitting with two out of my three Cell C contracts that are out of order as a result of this. I would like this to be resolved shortly and in a civil manner. Thank you for your time and assistance.
