I notified MTN that I will be changing Service Providers well in advance, no need to say why. I was smacked for a full months billing. On the 3rd June 2013 @ 9.43am I wrote to them advising them that this was wrong. I was advised that I will be refunded, needless to say that to date 10 days later I am still fighting for MY REFUND.
So as usual their incompetent staff pushes the buck: You may kindly contact 808 and give them the USD reference REQ:2223678 number they will be able to advise if the are any delays on the banking department's side
