Well here i am, back on Hellopeter as this is the only thing that gets a response out of you. emails and calls to customer care/retentions are futile.
I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED. on the 31st i already submitted the stupid network feedback form. no response came from it. i then had to resubmit it on Wednesday at 1pm. and the person responsible only read it on Thursday afternoon. it shows that there is no such thing as a sense of urgency at cell c. you will respond to it in your time while i keep getting missed calls, dropped calls or cannot access the Internet. its not like I'm paying for a service or anything. i am now taking this issue up with ICASA as well as my lawyers as this is ridiculous now. i do not want another person saying we will contact you in 48hrs as this will not happen!!! from the 31st until 12th is what it took to get network department to ask me to resend a form i filled in already.
cancel the ccontract!!!
