I have a serious issue with your network. i moved from Vodacom thinking i would be getting better service. service, maybe, but coverage definitely not. i get approx 10 missed calls a day and sometimes i cannot dial out. i also cannot access the internet on "3G" on the wonderful Samsung S4 i have just upgraded to. if this does not get sorted out, i would like my contract cancelled. i have not been contacted by your customer care regarding this either after leaving an email via your website. this is my only hope to get some form of contact from you.
