I received terrible service from Telkom, for the past 4 months I have had problems with my line and ADSL I called Telkom on a daily basis to sort things out at first they made it seem as if it was my fault then after taking a higher package 3months ago the problem still persisted. I have recorded conversations as well as dates time and agents that I spoke with to resolve my problem up to now the matter still cannot be resolved, i even went to the Bellville branch to sort things out but was told that they only do new accounts.
I was advised by one of there agents not to pay the full amount as Telkom would give me a rebate on my account, that did not happen instead they threatened to suspend my account.
If I can't resolve this matter with there agents or there offices with who can I? (Please Help)
