I am absolutely appalled by the service I am receiving from Vodacom! Every month I exceed my data bundle on my mobile contract and so I buy once-off bundles.. After purchase this morning, I requested a proposed invoice on the 31050 nr. - To my SHOCK and HORROR, I see my account in the thousands!!! The 'customer care' consultant loaded everything incorrectly! Had I not checked, I would have to have paid the amount... I am very frustrated because of their mistake, I now sit in anticipation as they need to listen to the recording and then will rectify accordingly! Be very weary when requesting bundle/ top-up purchases!! After 5 calls to the call centre I have no resolution and they keep dropping my call or asking me to call back on an hour as they are off line or making commitments to log a call to their back office - when I call to check if there is a call logged, there is NO record of a 'call' logged to resolve!
