We arrived at Steers at 12h45 and we were served by the lady that did not have a name tag. She did not take thorough orders, does not give customers options and not smiling at all. We bought and sat waiting for the food as we were not buying taking aways. We noticed that the table was not clean and asked the lady that was assisting us to clean and she just looked at us and left the sauces without uttering a word. She came back to give us food, again we reminded her to clean the table, she just looked at us again and put the tray on the table and just wiped the side of the table with the serviette. She never used any sanitiser nor wet cloth as the table had crumbs and filthy. She went to the back to speak to her colleagues in her language thinking we don't understand her, they all burst out laughing. They asked for the Manager's number and still they laughed and we had to go and asked next door and we were referred to the complex Manager whom we called but we could not get hold of her. his behaviour is unacceptable as these ladies are the face of Steers, they are selling the brand and today they showed everyone that was at the shop that they did not care.
