I visited the Northgate Ster Kinekor this morning with my kids and watched Khumba at 11am. My kids have Club Cards however I don't so after the movie I decided to make an enquiry on how to obtain one. There were NO STAFF at either counter to assist for ANYTHING. Eventually, Idah Galeshiwe noticed that I required assistance and made her way to me with her hands in her pockets. I proceded to enquire on the process to obtain a card and Idah informed me of a R50 card fee. I asked her if there were any forms to complete however she once again informed me of the R50 card fee. Not certain if she was trying to scare me away by the card fee, I tried to explain that I don't mind however need to know what the process was. Based on her attitude, it appeared that I amy have come at a bad time when she was not up to the admin required so I requested to speak to the Manager. Thembi Ndlovu was called and after few minutes I spoke to Thembi about Idah's attitude. Thembi is obviously not used to speaking to clients as I had to continuously ask her to maintain eye contact so I know she can hear and understand my issue. As I was with my kids, I took her details and told her I would take it up.
