3 g was not like this when i signed the contract

Ok this is now my third attempt to try to send this complaint!!!

my 8ta were very fast and reliable when i sign the contract almost 2 years back
Now it is a lot of s%^& and frustrasion
Its slow slow slow and the connection keep on dropping!!
I even format my computer to make sure its not my computer

Its very very frustrating and this is not what i agree to paid for!!
