I went to 8ta store in BLOEMFONTEIN WATERFRONT to port my cell c number to 8ta. I filled in the form and was told my CELL C simcard will turn off the following day at 19h30, which didn't happen. I went back to the store on 27th Dec and was told the matter will be solved within 72hrs. On 31st Dec my CELL C sim went off but when i put in de 1 of 8ta it was also offline showing NO SERVICE message. My 084.. has been offline from 31stDec till now, it is not with CELL C anymore and it does not show on 8ta system, maybe its somewhere in the air. 8ta people always give me 72hrs when i phone them but nothing happens. They always say they have transfered the matter to their technicians to push porting because it is stuck on their system but nothing happens. Today have been given another 72hrs for the 5th time since 27th Dec 2013. What a bad way to start a new year unreachable. Somebody help me.
