I applied for a new contract on the 5th of June 2013 and its been a week without any meaningful feedback from MTN. I went in on monday (10/6/2013), and they said they will get get back to me and they didnt. I went then again today (12/6/2013), I"m not happy at all and still there's no feedback, not even a courtesy call to say they are still busy with my application and apologies for the delay. I wouldnt mind if they were communicating with me to let me know whats going on, I feel like im running after them, when I am the customer..
Very disappointed.
