I'm William Hlalele I stay in Burgundy Estate, Cape Town I have logged a complaint on MTN hot line (REF:0046527) last year October about the coverage in Burgundy Estate and nothing has been done.
I have a new contract phone with Mtn Samsung galaxy S3 but I can't use it because
most of time I don't have signal on my phone. I have also sent email to [Email Removed] and the only response I got is, MTN coordinator will be in contact with me to arrange for a site visit and now is 8 months later no site visit from MTN, no calls from MTN, no emails from MTN. I recently called them and they told me they are going to put a tower nearby so I must wait. I want to cancel my contract ASAP due to bad customer service from MTN employees and I'm not waiting for any tower to be build. The are a lot of optimization solution that could have be tried to help me but no one showed any interest on my case.
Can you please help!!!
