Ive been without internet service from Telkom since the 2nd of June (and it is the 12th already). Ive been told that my fault has been logged, escalated, that a technician has been assigned and yet I am still without service for going on for two weeks now. I'm paying for something Im not getting from Telkom, I've been promised restoration of service and am yet to see anything come of these promises. I am an online English trainer and I need my internet restored in order for me to work but it seems like this has been overlooked. I am appalled by the level of service I am receiving here. Might just churn away after this is all over.
