BLACKBEERY Z10 - NOT COVERED FOR BIS SERVICES

I received my latest bill via sms 10June2013 with an amount due of R2, 014.01.I was extremely shocked as my bill usually comes to approx. R520.00.I got my upgrade end of Apr at the Greenstone branch. I got the BlackberryZ10 and took additional data out as the sales person advised that this will be suited for my browsing and said that data will only be taken if I make downloads. He did NOT inform me that the Z10 doesn't cover BIS services. Therefore I was charged over R944.87 (vat excl) for data use. I contacted the call centre the same day and sent two messages via their online website. Still no response from Vodacom. I contacted the Greenstone branch yesterday as well and spoke to Dorita about my query. She also asked the sales person, Louw, to speak to me. When I told him that I would not have taken the Z10 if I was aware that it doesn't cover BIS services he said that he is almost certain that he told me, which was followed by a big pause. I then spoke to Dorita again and she said that she would log a call with the heade office. Guess what, still no response from Vodacom. I feel that I was misled by the salesperson and now I am stuck with an excessive bill.
