I refer to my previous letter of complaint on June 6, at 11:46. Unfortunately I can't find a way of responding to Cell C's response without having to go via Facebook which I don't want to do, hence a new entry.
Thank you, a gentleman from Cell C phoned this morning (11 June), and my 1.4GB which were remaining, have been restored. However, when I tested it (after our telephone conversation), I'm back to the same problem where the sim card is recognised but no data coming through!!! And I was assured that the problem would not recur!! I despair... I'm grateful that I won't lose the 1.4GB but it's no use to me when the problem on the Cell C technical side hasn't been resolved. Unfortunately I did not take the name and telephone number of the gentleman who phoned me but would appreciate this being rectified.
