I went to mtn in Wellington to see if i qualify fore a contact.
after 2 weeks of no response the lady that help me opened the acc and it has been running since 27Aug2012.
i did not reverse a phone or an sim card but have been paying fore it!
the amount is more than R1800.
I tried phoning head offence that cant help me the only person that can help me is the person that opened my acc but I tried to solve this with her but it is a hopeless case!
all i what is my money back because i am paying fore something i do not owen!
i will do my best to tell the word of my bad experience and the horrible service that mtn "provides"!
seriously the worst serves the I ever had!!!
i will worn all my friends and fam!!!
