Our problem started around last year July where the internet would disconnect and connect every now and then and at the end of a day we had around 20-30 sessions... It should be 1-2.

Around December 2012 we decided to call Telkom to come and fix the problem because the telephone also started to get noisy. They finally sent out a technician after a few days and he couldn't fix it (he said he"ll come back the next day), the next day I got an sms stating my problem has been resolved...

The problem is still there and worse... We've had about four technicians who came and still couldn't resolve the problem. They replaced old wires from the telephone pole to the house, tested their modems and their telephones and even went to the exchange.

The last week it's been the worst, at night around 6 PM it disconnects and connects again for about a minute and then disconnects again..

Their technicians obviously don't know what's going on, the matter needs to be escalated to someone with proper knowledge... But every time we get a technician who checks and asks us everything the previous one did. (They probably don't keep logs of what they did).

Really the worst service ever.
