Bad communication and bad service

We are very unsatisfied with Telkom's service. We opened an account about a month ago with them where they said all installation fees are included. We then had to wait for DAYS to get our internet up and running. End of the month came and we received an astronomically big bill as they ended up charging us for installation fees that was suppose to be included in the serivce of installing our line. We logged a dispute for the extra money we had to pay and they assured us that we won't have to pay for the installation fees. This morning they debited our account with the full amount and didn't remove the installation fees like they said they would. NOTHING was ever communicated to us of what is going to be debited or what we need to pay for. Telkom just charges us without communicating what their fees are. We are very very unhappy about their bad service and communication and find it highly unacceptable. We are actually thinking of ending our contract and finding a new service provider. We are so unhappy and we are sure that Telkom won't even go through the trouble to try and sort this out for us! It is so unacceptable and they don't even want us to talk to a higher person in charge!
