Account number 132855000001. On 19 May my ADSL stopped working. I called the Telkom support line on at least 6 occasions, all I assume were recorded. Twice I was told that a different ADSL account was connected to my line and this was part of the reason for the failure. There was a call out that pointed to it being the modem, after YOU told me it was the line. Now you have the ordacity to charge me an unnecessary call out fee of R202.25 VAT. FIX IT IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT ME TO CONFIRM.
