After 5 years as a cell customer and having endless problems with. I have posted on cellc a few times.
i finally decided to take my service to another service provider...! Only to get a call from their retention department. Promising me the world to retain me as a customer. After being promised all the that was noted i decided fine i will keep my service with. First they send me a new phone which was not important me. I required the speed stick with the 2 gigs data i was promised. After 100s of calls back and forth i was finally sent the speed stick with no data on the sim. My bill runs up to 1200 in two days of internet usage. When i was told ny customer care that i must use it and they will refund me as the data was not loaded. Now they refund me and still my line is blocked. I need to use the internet which i am paying for..! How do i resolve this matter...? Do i cancel all contracts with Cellc as this is misleading and against the customer act..? Who do i speak to to advise me on this matter is there a cell regulations department that can assist me with Cellc s promises and all ..?
