Hi I received a amount of credit after my last complaint some very helpfull lady informed me that my complaint was successful and R8400 would be removed of the acount ..proof was sent to me via email however today I again received a statement for the full disputed amount ..it seems that the one hand does not know what the other is doing.
I was told the line would be opened I requested that it stay locked in fear of this happening again. I will rather stay with prepaid ..no crazy surprises.
