Contract phone not working, paying for something i

Cell C collected my phone in May 2013 for repairs and up until TODAY I am still sitting without my phone but I must pay for something I am not enjoying. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND I WANT MY PHONE TODAY FULLY REPAIRED.
