I have had no reply or feedback from anyone from MTN. I am sitting with a 3G internet stick that does not pick up any coverage whatsoever. I went into the store to look at new phones etc and ended up buying the prepaid stick which also included 1GIG on the 1st month and then again on the 3rd month. I am now having to leave my home where I normally use my laptop and am lucky if I get 1 bar on edge!
MTN selling products is great but what happened to after sales service?
Can someone please help me.
