To whom this may concern.

I am on the verge of stopping 6 Contracts i have with Vodacom.
To be honest it doesn't help blaming my handsets nor my software of my handset when a brand new unit from your store, updated don't even get signal as the rest of the devices i have with your contracts.

What is the purpose of paying for your services if i cannot get hold of my family, friends?
You would send out a tech now for over a year, is the poor technician lost? there is something like a phone, pick it up call me, oh that is if your network allows this.

I have no DATA, No Signal, No BIS, BES, i am paying for SOS. If i wanted SOS i would light up a fire every-night and make old Indian Style Smoke Signals.

Get Your Act Together. Sort This Out. I will give you the SOS Area that will cost you to take a drive and prove me wrong about my so called faulty devices.
