So i upgraded my contract because the phone i had was not under warranty and i had paid R600 for it in the beginning, so i spoke to Benedict at sales and he said that the new phones were mush better, so i took the R199 contract and to my disgust the new phone was more useless than the old one i had, the internet kept on cutting out and i lost a big project that i was working on, so i called and spoke to Benedict and told him that i am returning the phone and he must cancell the contract, i returned the phone and now i get a email everyday saying that i am handed over and i must pay, i will not pay as this useless phone and service cost me R300 000, the phone has been returned so please take me off your system and your attorneys before i got o the NCC & DTI and the ombudsman.
