Never stops to amaze me

I submitted a report on the 28th of May 2013 on hello peter about MTN and how poor the service is regarding getting back to the client and on unfair billing.

I received a reply from MTN on the first of June saying how sorry they are and that they will contact me soon, more than a week has passed without hearing a thing from them!!! So strange that they take the time to reply to my hello peter complaint but still they cant find the time to communicate with the paying customer.

Please let this be a warning to people about what to expect when signing up with MTN. They are really the poorer connection and could care less about you once you sign their contract.

I hope that all the time that it has taken me to write on this site would have at least saved some people the grief and frustration of having to deal with this bunch of incompetent people.

I would highly suggest that you look into one of the other service providers I.E vodacom before signing up with these bunch of crocks
