1. On 11/04/2013 I received a statement of account from you in the amount of R453.05..
2. On 14/04/2013 my postpaid contract period/s expired, and I then converted both numbers to Pre-paid.
3. On 15/04/2013, I ported both numbers to Cell C, where I now happily reside.
4. The account received on 10/04/2013 (as per item 1 above), was inclusive of ADVANCE billings (FOR BOTH LINES) for the period 11/04/2013 to 11/05/2103. AS I WAS HOWEVER ALREADY A HAPPY CELL C CUSTOMER OVER ALMOST THAT ENTIRE PERIOD, IT FOLLOWS THAT YOUR DEMAND FOR PAYMENT FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED OVER THAT TIME IS INCORRECT, AND IN FACT .
5. I shall give proper consideration to prompt payment of an amended, correct and fully detailed statement of account, which reflects ONLY such sums and charges as are lawfully due to you in respect of services rendered PRIOR to 14/04/2013. IF YOU SHOULD - AS THREATENED - LIST ME AS A "DEFAULTER" WITH ANY CREDIT BUREAU BEFORE AFFORDING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSIDER SUCH APPROPRIATELY AMENDED ACCOUNT, I SHALL WITHOUT DELAY TAKE STEPS TO OBTAIN AN AWARD FOR COMPENSATORY DAMAGES AGAINST YOU.
