It's a bit of a weird thing to compliment on perhaps, but I realise that I have had my current number with Vodacom for over 3 years now and I have never had to ask them for anything... ever... it just works.
I think people forget about the service they are given until something goes wrong, and then the complaints or compliments start coming out.
Good job guys, I am very impressed with the service I have received non-stop for over 3 years already.
