Yesterday 07-06-2013 I've bought a BlackBerry Z10 CASH from Vodashop in Wonderpark in Pretoria. The salesman Edwin helped me and said that if I have any problem within 7days of purchase, I can return the phone with the original packaging and slips without any damage and I will the receive a new phone from the shop. I went home and charged the phone and started making calls - Nobody could hear me but I could hear them clearly - this means the speaker is faulty. I went to return it on the 08-06-2913 and they tell me that they have to send it in for assessment before I can get a new phone leaving me phoneless. I mean - it's a brand new phone and they won't stick to their promise. I spend R8000.00 CASH at their shop on BlackBerry products and this is the service I receive?!
