BIS application. Replied to Noki Ramatsoma, 24hours to activate. Seven days later, 0831555 do not find loaded detail on system. Refer back to 808. Lebogane confirmed owner of contract detail befor allowing me to continue, 100%. Confirmed that no detail, wishes us to resent application form. This was done to [Email Removed] This address was confirmed several times, came back undeliverable. Asked Lebogane to speak to his supervisor or controler. Big mistake. No one to take responsibility. We now sit with a phone that cannot connect due to poor or no network coverage and when it does find signal, not able to connect to email or BIS. Please explain, I do not wish for an appology, I need answers
