My phone has been in for repairs twice for about 3 months now and in the mean time I am paying for a device and services I cannot use. I have just been told by an operator at autopage that I will have to send it in for repairs twice more before they will consider replacing the handset and they are not obligated to supply me with a loan phone. In the mean time what am I supposed to do? I have been a loyal autopage customer since taking out my first contract in 2003 and yet they are doing absolutely nothing to assist me in this regard. I am now trying to cancel the contract and of course am meeting great resistance and am patiently waiting for someone to phone me back. Time does not seem to be a consideration here! What about consumer rights???
