My Vodacom no. 072 199 49 59 needed to be ported to 8ta no. 081 55 7 99 52. For the last 3 days my 072 199 49 59 no. is not working. That is the same no. as on my web site, business cards, vehicles and clients phones. This morning I wanted to do online banking. Yes not possible with out my phone and no.
Is this a serious case of identity?
I have waited for 3 months now for the porting to happen. After my previous complaint a week ago at Hello Peter they tried to port and now my number is lost.
If the junior staff are not capable to resolve this issue top management must jump in. No it is not happening. Seems that after you has signed the contract and listened to all the sales talk it all ends in dead promises.
I feel frustrated as with every day without my business no. I can only calculate my lost. Now I am asking WHAT MUST I DO??? Go to the police and lay a claim?
Top Management must stop handing work to sales people and the Junior staff and take some responsibility them selves to get this mater sorted.
