Telkom poor network performance

I dont know where to turn to anymore... I want to believe that telkom provide good service, but unfortunately my experience on their network is some what leaning towards me stabbing my leg with a rusted blunt knife... I have been with telkom since may 2013 and i probably have phoned them more than 25 times with issues... The last couple of days everything is so slow and unresponsive... My latency is over 300ms to rosebank, where it is normally under 11ms... Then i am connected, then i am not... Luckily i have multiple dsl accounts, both capped and uncapped from multiple isp's to use to test, and all of them give me horrible performance!!! I am not even sure what the point is of complaining about it, as this is my second time!! Why do i have to phone in weekly to rebuild my line service or reset the port??? just so that it can work normally for 30min again!! I guess telkom have oversold their service in my region as the infrastructure is unable to handle it!!! If you want internet, get LTE, if you want to get uncapped internet in this country, you are better off hitting your fingers over and over with a hammer!!!
